- We will create an account on our system for your organisation.
- We will add all of your domains to this account.
- We will create a login for each of your mailbox users.
- We will add any aliases you may use for each mailbox
- You will need (with our help) to alter the DNS MX records for your domain names
- You will need (with our help) to block incoming email to your server that does
not originate from our servers.
At this point, your email should be flowing into our servers, being filtered and
only the clean emails will be delivered to your server.
At the end of the 14 day trial, we will continue to provide filtering for your
account and will invoice you monthly in arrears on 1st of every month for the
amount of mailboxes you have at that time. Please note that we do not charge for
distribution groups, only real mailboxes.
If, in the unlikely event that you no longer wish to use our filtering service, then
if we receive a written cancellation request within the14 day trial period, you
will not be charged a penny and our engineers will help you reconfigure
your system back to it's original settings.
